CTC’s performance outcome will be a clearly defined statement of what the learners will be doing when they have achieved the purpose of the course or lesson. The performance outcomes will be mirrored with what must be done on the job. They are then written in the form of learning objectives. For each of our lessons we have at least one major learning objective and many will include supporting objectives as well.

Instructional methods are two types: informational displays and practice exercises with feedback. CTC will mainly use the practice exercise with feedback method.

Our instructional methods will be delivered through a mix of media that include: instructor, computer, workbook, overhead transparencies, flipchart, and perhaps a video.

The trainings are categorized into two major categories;

a.          Corporate Training

b.         Individual Training

For each of the training categories, there exist three training sessions to be considered;

a.          Regular Sessions: Weekdays from 9:00am to 4:00pm

b.         Evenings Sessions: Weekdays from 6:00pm to 8:00pm

c.          Weekend Sessions: Weekends from 9:00am to 4:00pm

The learning Mode is hybrid training mode which is a combination of a physical face to face meeting with students and Trainer in the classroom and online real time meetings through online video conferencing solutions such as Microsoft teams, WhatsApp, Google Meet and Zoom.
